Apple Snack Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 4 medium Ambrosia Gold® apples

  • 1 cup raspberries

  • ½ cup coconut flakes

  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips, semi-sweet

  • ¼ cup cranberries, dried

Instructions

  1. Slice apples through the width to make the crust.

  2. Mash raspberries to make a spread.

  3. Spread raspberries on the apple slices

  4. Sprinkle with coconut, chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
