Apple Skewers

Ingredients

  • 2 Ambrosia Gold® apples, cored and chopped into ¼” pieces

  • walnuts, finely chopped

  • mini chocolate chips

  • shredded coconut

  • honey, for drizzling

  • wooden skewers

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 Tbsp honey, or maple syrup

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Core apples and dice into ¼” chunks. Break skewers in half and add four pieces of apple per skewer. Place on a plate.

  2. Drizzle with honey and top with your choice of toppings, we chose walnuts, mini chocolate chips, and coconut flakes. Set aside.

  3. For dipping sauce, mix plain Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon. Serve immediately and refrigerate leftovers.
